• Richard C. Fanch, Owner•Principal, has owned and operated the firm for over 38 years.  Mr. Fanch is both an IRS Registered Return Preparer and CFP®.  With this vast experience, Mr. Fanch will provide you with comprehensive tax advice and preparation services.
